Introduction to Rongoa workshop


Come and learn about rongoa in a friendly environment and take part in some hands on activities that will show you the basics of creating pani (balms), wairakau (herbal tea) and hopi (soap).

Also learn about the rakau (plants) that can be grown at home for you and your whanau health benefits.

It's that time again - we are now taking expression of interest for Term 1 - Korowai. By attending this programme you will strengthen whanau structure, empower values, connect/reconnect to whanau and community, health and wellbeing improvements around the elements of Te Whare Tapa WHA. All abilities are welcomed and all playing equipment is provided

We have experienced coaches onsite as well so if you need any extra help they will be more than happy to help you out.

Pickleball now here in Te Atatu Peninsula

Come along and have a go at Pickleball. 

All equipment provided and onsite coaching to teach you the game.  Great activity and a lot of fun.

Pickleball is a fast, fun and rallying game, a cross between tennis, table tennis and badminton.  Smaller than a tennis court and lower nets than badminton.  Great for all ages, heights and abilities.
