Come along to this low impact exercise class
The session will help with improving more flexibility, reduce high blood pressure, decrease pain in joints, strengthen muscles and improve balance
Beginners Tuesday 9am - 10am (starting 12th Feb)
Intermediate Tuesday 10am - 11am (12th Feb onwards)
Beginners Saturday 9am - 10am (starting 9th Feb)
